Detached garage and plenty of on-site parking to spare. All these comforts lie within a hop of Friday night lobster rolls, a skip of Owen Park and a jump of downtown. The home comes fully and tastefully furnished. Move-in or rent-out ready. NOTE: See property upgrades under Documents.
